Does submitting the form commit me to anything?
No. The request is free and non-binding. Commitments start only with the service contract in Step 6.
What if my project is not accepted?
We will tell you by email in Step 3. You can submit again later if your project or company situation changes.
What happens if the campaign doesn’t reach its minimum target?
We have two options: extend the campaign (once), or return the funds to the investors and close the campaign.
How much does it cost?
Every deal is priced individually, based on the company and the project. Our fees usually include:
- Analysis fee — covers the due diligence on your project.
- Listing fee — a one-off fee when the project goes live on the platform.
- Success fee — charged at closing, only if the campaign is successful.
- Management and servicing fee — for lending projects only, charged yearly to manage repayments to investors.
Good to know We agree the exact fees with you in Step 4, before any commitment.
How do I send the documents you ask for?
We email you a secure link. You can also sign in to My submissions with the email address you used in the form: you receive a 6-digit code, no password needed. There you upload the files, and we identify them automatically.
