The campaign goes live, closes, and the funds are released.

Campaign closing

- The campaign closes when it reaches the maximum funding amount or the end date, whichever comes first.

- Where required, we sign the investment contracts.
Step 11
Investor reflection period
4 days
Retail (non-sophisticated) investors have a 4-day reflection period, during which they can withdraw their commitment without penalty. We wait for it to end before moving on.
Step 12
Funds released
- EvenFi
- Once the reflection period ends, we release the funds to your payment account.
