Investment Teaser and KIIS

Together
We prepare the two documents investors will read:
  • Investment Teaser — the presentation of your project on the platform.
  • KIIS (Key Investment Information Sheet) — the standard information sheet required by EU Regulation 2020/1503.
You
Provide content and data, and review the drafts. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information in the KIIS.

Step 8

Register on the platform and open your payment account

You
Register your company on the EvenFi platform and open the payment institution wallet/account where the funds raised will be received. The whole process is online.
